Reserves Defeat Chivas USA 5-3

The Galaxy Reserves got their first win of the season on Friday morning, defeating Chivas USA 5-3 at The Home Depot Center.

Carlos Ruiz and Alan Gordon each scored twice, while Israel Sesay added an insurance goal late on. Ruiz also had two assists in the game, as did Josh Tudela.

With the win, the Galaxy Reserves are now 1-3-1 on the season, while the five goals scored match the team's output from the first four games of the year.

Congrats to the reserves.

And I think everyone who watched last night's game wants to know how Ante Jazic is.

Okay, guys - sorry to sound "crabby". Normally, I'm a very understanding and patient man... but, I find it extremely difficult to extend "zen" and "patience" when it comes to this excellent and very much loved (of course, very much loved in my view) sport.
So what is making me irritated and crabby? The unbearable stall and silence coming from our LA Galaxy organization. ABSOLUTE DEAD BLOGGING SILENCE from our LA Galaxy organization on the important and crucual matter of what's happening with our July transfers and player searches. Please guys - ALL... I repeat ALL die-hard LA Galaxy fans absolutely know our team needs DESPARATE HELP & IMPROVEMENT in CENTRAL DEFENSE and MUCH NEEDED HELP (EXPERTISE, SKILL, DRIBBLE, BALL MOVEMENT) in the Midfield towards net. Please, none of us are thinking and wishing for anything else. We have to improve our team most definitely to even keep competing towards play-offs!
Four (4) long, agonizing days without blogging news. Why are we being tortured like this???

All those players play for the Reserves? Ruiz needs to score in a real game, not the reserves and I think Sesay deserves to be tossed in a Senor team game, for all the time we've had him. We need to test him and see what he can do in a real game
