Yeaahhhh... Finally, the pre-season roster! Many of us were counting the minutes and hours 'til we saw this. Yes, Pre-Season 2009 warm-ups, drills, instruction, and field time are finally under-way. Wish the best for our guys.
Leo - Bien Venido a Los Angeles.
Tony - Wow! I really didn't expect to see your name. How's your shape? How's your fitness and health? I hope you've been staying very active and focused. MLS is very physical, very fast, and challenging. Not that you're not capable - but, you really have to spend a lot of time and effort with Athlete's Performance to get you to where you need to be! Wish you nothing but the best... Good luck!
