Hong Kong Preview

On Friday, LA Galaxy head coach Ruud Gullit, David Beckham and Chris Klein spoke with the Hong Kong media in a pool side press conference at the team hotel. Well not exactly pool side, but the room did look out on the pool. Klein discussed the pressure to win when you put on the LA jersey and the increased fan and media attention with the additions of Gullit and Beckham.

Wow - compared to the stadium at Shanghai, the Hong Kong Stadium seems like the stadiums at Sydney or Melbourne. Like Coach Ruud said, it looked like a beautiful pitch. What class... What absolute class Chris Klein carries and portrays. He makes a great LA Galaxy spokesman... Excellent work-ethic, simple, mild-mannered, and terrific crosses and passes. I hope the entire team gets plenty of stretching, warming up, adn conditioning before the game today. Be alert and aware on the picth, men! Avoid injuries! I want to wish the entire team fun, excitement, learning, and team-cohesion! I sincerely hope David is okay and not injured! I want to wish David the best on Mar. 15th when either Fabio or Franco evaluates David again at the FC Dallas charity game. Practices, Drills, Scrimmages, Healthy Diet, warm-ups, and stretches are absolutely essential going into MLS Season 2008. Safe Journies back to the US.
