Way to hang in there boys!!!! I LOVE to be proven wrong like this!
If we can find people to replace Berhalter and Sanneh, we have a chance to finish the rest of the season with a bang. Those two ARE playin' their hearts out, but they are ALWAYS a step behind, and it will cost us long term to continually see them beaten to the ball in the area.
My main MF'er of the game; Alan MF'n Gordon!!!!! Bring it haters! Next, Donovan MF'n Ricketts! Third, Edson MF'n Buddle!!! That give and go between Gordo and Buddle was perfection. Excellent finish Edson.
Everyone kept their heads up, and we sneaked out with a win!!! Improvement needed in many areas still, but enjoy the win boys!!!!
GLORY GLORY L.A. GALAXY!!!!!'n

I take full responsibility for this win. It was my subliminal message of "goals" last night that got the boys going. I keep the spell on you until we win the Cup.

Gutsy win for LA, USA and ES over MEX. What a day!

What can you say, gordon had his day! I said before, he's one of my family's favorites, (though he still needs a softer first touch and better pace on his passes!). Ricketts was the Man of this match....he saved the win for us! Coach Ken.

Yes yes yes. a no brainer. Give him away to some 3rd division German team team and let him freeze to death in the German winter. we will never have to see him praying on the penalty spot at HDC again except maybe om frozen mud asking the soccer gods to forgive him for wearing those hideous gold boots and let him return to the MLS in San Jose as ballboy.

You can criticize the soccer because you see it but dont criticize LD's beliefs. He is not shoving them on you so who are you to say anything if he wants to pray. If you dont like it become a Chivas fan. One less whiner we have to read. If you dont want to see it dont watch it. Eddie, Dema, Ricketts, and Gordon all played awesome! People like dont realize that we would most likely be in last place if it wasnt for the 10 goals LD has been involved in this year. I love Eddie taking the free kicks and corners way more than LD.

I FORGOT TO SAY BUDDLE DID AWESOME AS WELL!!

WOW ds, you must be a religious person . Well it hasn't all been done by LD,even tho you want to believe it. Actually this was a defensive game and you didn't mention 1 defensive player except for Rickett,so what game were you watching????

I recognized the players that deserved it! Obviously I didnt mention them because they didnt do anything outstanding. And all my years of playing midfield I remember having to come back and play defense as well so just because you dont have the title does not mean you dont play defense. Therefore, I mention Dema and Eddie and Ricketts. Those deserving to be recognized for outstanding play.

DS there is a time and place for everything and the football pitch is not the right place. I agree with football the praying is nauseating. Read your post again, how many of the team played better than they have all season and what was the differencem Landycakes was gone.

Hey DS,You mention Gordo playing awesome? How about,Its about time he did his job,he was able to hit something besides seat45,row Z in the stands Mr.Brighteyes.
LD can bring it when he feels like it,but I personaly think he's soft, getting up there in age. I know, he scores all these PK's and thats where you all get your LD hype from, but remember this blog, his days on the National Team are definetly numbered.
