Here are a few shots from today's training at the Waipio Soccer Complex. On Wednesday, Feb. 20 , the Galaxy will face off against Nabisco Cup Champion Gamba Osaka. The boys went through a lengthy warmup, led by Fitness Coach Chris Neville.

Again... Thanks... Thanks for providing us with pics and info regarding the training, the fitness, the interactions between team-mates, and the exercises in getting ready for this Pan-Pacific Tournament. Any news from the Houston Dynamo training & practices... or, the Sydney FC practices & training? Most Australian sports news are reporting that Kosmina (Sydney FC's coach) is really looking to win this tournament. He's even planning on changing his team line-up to match up more competitively against current MLS Champions, Houston Dynamo. Our LA Galaxy must keep training, practicing, watching their diet, engaging in scrimmages. Our team has done a very, very good job - so far... listening to Ruud, Chris, and Armando. Please don't forget to provide us post-game thoughts and comments from Ruud & Cobi. It'll be valuable to many of the LA Galaxy fans to know how the opposition fared! Thanks, again.
