Ready for Real

For the first time since November 22, the LA Galaxy will face off against Real Salt Lake. While that game was played at Qwest Field with the MLS Cup on the line, today's game will be played at The Home Depot Center with the Galaxy looking for their first 4-0-0 start since the 1998 season.

Bruce Arena makes one change to the team that defeated Houston last weekend 2-0 at Robertson Stadium. Leonardo, who had played the full 90 minutes in each of the Galaxy's first three games of the season, misses out after suffering a right quad strain late in the week in training. He will be replaced by Michael Stephens, who lines up on the right side of midfield, moving Sean Franklin to right back and A.J. DeLaGarza into the middle, where he partners Omar Gonzalez.

Here is the full Galaxy team...

-------------Donovan---------Buddle--------------

Magee---------------Juninho--------------Stephens

----------------------Birchall-----------------------

Dunivant-----Gonzalez------DeLaGarza-----Franklin

---------------------Ricketts------------------------

Subs: Saunders, Berhalter, Alex Cazumba, Klein, Jordan, Kirovski, Gordon.

I think The Galaxy played well tonight. Not their best but they played with an up tempo & took more shots. Buddle is having a great year so far. Landon played well also. The Galaxy r starting the year very well. However they need other people to score goals other then Buddle. I hope that Beckham can make it back to the Lineup in a few months.
