All Systems Are Go For Houston

Greetings from Houston's Robertson Stadium, where the LA Galaxy are set to take on the Dynamo for the first time since last year's MLS Western Conference Championship/. In case you were wondering they still remember.

A sold out crowd is expected to be on hand for this one. The game will be broadcast in LA on FS-West at 10 p.m. (Tape Delay) and KTLK 1150 AM (click here to listen live) and KWKW 1330 AM ESPN Deportes Radio.

For this game, Bruce Arena has made two changes to the team that beat Chivas USA 2-0 last week, with A.J. DeLaGarza and Mike Magee replacing Dema Kovalenko and the injured Alex Cazumba. Additionally, Sean Franklin moves from the back line to the midfield and forwards Alan Gordon and Jovan Kirovski are making their first appearance of the season on the 18-man roster.

Guys, I think you may have gotten the reasonings for Bruce's different line-up wrong... Magee is taking Left-Midfield because LAG's usual Left-Midfield Starter, Eddie Lewis, is currently injured. Alex Cazumba is not playing because Houston's right side would probably "rough" him up - and, we can't have that. Houston's players know how to play a physical game - they're good at that. I think Leonardo, Juninho, and Alex are all glued to the TV watching for how Houston will play at their home stadium. Bruce is probably fielding according to possibility for testiness and physicality!!! Honestly, BOTH Kirovski and Gordon have a LOT to play for and prove - not only to Bruce, but to the rest of the LAG fan-base.

My bad, guys... I only realized that Juninho and Leonardo were playing after actually watching the match on taped-delay yesterday night. Well, Kirovski and Gordon came on as late subs... but, really, in all honesty, they have got to keep playing more competitive games as their come back from injuries improve.
