In a nearly unanimous vote, Galaxy forward Edson Buddle has been named the MLS Player of the Month for March/April. Buddle had seven goals in five games in March and April to move to the top of the MLS scoring charts. This is the second Player of the Month award in Buddle's MLS career after first winning the award in August 2002 as a member of the Columbus Crew.

Congrats, Edson. Really, your form of late has been amazing. It surely mad eme think twice. I hope this will be a great, break-out again year for you. I hope Edson can stay healthy, active, and always deadly near net towards goal. Keep it up!
