The LA Galaxy were back on the field at The Home Depot Center to begin preparations for Saturday’s game against Real Salt Lake. The first team went through a regeneration session with strength and conditioning coach Ben Yauss that included a light jog and stretching. Meanwhile, Arena and the rest of the coaching staff put the remainder of the squad through a full training sessions that included a warmup, possession game and small field game with goals and as always a little crossing and finishing to wrap up the day.
We had a chance to catch up with a few staff and players following training today to get their thoughts on Saturday’s win in Houston.

Sorry for sounding like a broken recorder - but, Thanks very much for the pics and the training updates. I still enjoy seeing Cobi on the field getting active and involved with the LAG players. I hope we get to see that with Cobi for a long time. YES, please - get the reserves much more involved in scrimmages, tactics, and posession. It's needed! Hope that our injured / recovering players are still on track to get back and contribute in games!
