Two quick notes to pass on as we edge closer to the start of tonight's Honda SuperClasico against Chivas USA.
- The Galaxy traded the rights to Clint Mathis to Real Salt Lake for a conditional fourth round pick in the 2010 MLS SuperDraft.
- Landon has been called into the U.S. National Team for Wednesday night's qualifier agianst Guatemala. He should be back in LA for the game against the Fire on Thursday night.
- The SuperClasico trophy will be handed out tonight with the Galaxy currently leading the series four points to one. A win, draw or loss by two goals or less will see the Galaxy again named SuperClasico champions, while a loss by three goals or more will see the trophy stay with Chivas USA.

This is a MUST WIN tonight!!!
It's about fighting competitively, smartly, collectively, solidly - but, as a unified attacking team. The guys need to work closely with one another and be willing to support one another. You guys know the basics, the fundamentals; you guys know this league and its peculiarities; you guys need to be confident and keep fighting all the time to win. Be strong in mind and in play. I wish the best for you guys tonight. Work for each other. I hope that nearly seven or days off - just training, practicing, stretching, and fitness will help. Don't give up - Don't allow yourself to even suppose it. FIGHT!
