The Galaxy take their first step into international competition in more than four years tonight when they host the Puerto Rico Islanders in the first leg of their CONCACAF Champions League Preliminary Round series.
Led by former FC Dallas head coach Colin Clarke, the Islanders feature eight players with past MLS experience, including midfielder Josh Hansen, who had two goals for the Galaxy in five Reserve Division games with the club in 2006.
While Puerto Rico has a former Galaxy player in their team, the Galaxy also have a former Islander in goalkeeper Josh Saunders. We caught up with Josh and Bruce to see what they had to say about tonight's game.
