In the nearly 14 years of Major League Soccer, few goal scoring celebrations are as remembered as Alecko Eskandarian's against the New York Red Bulls early in the 2006 season at Giants Stadium.

Loved the celebration when I saw it. Love Alecko as a player and Thank Preki for giving him to us.
Very happy for him for scoring in front of his family. His dad Andranik must have thought he was watching the Cosmos' rebirth with the first half barage.
