On print, our LAG line-up looks primed to win and score... but, there is a HUGE difference between print and advertising and actual thoroughness, confidence, comfort, QUALITY on field!!! We got outclassed!
Mehdi Ballouchy is a HUGE pick-up and improvement for that team! Way to go Hans Backe for realizing that, and capitalizing on acquisition when it presented itself.
Bruce and Dave cannot do anything now - it's too late to change the team make-up and get STRIKERS/2nd STRIKERtall-physical combo. Bruce decided to be the "likeable/loved" manager instead of the "I'll do whatever it takes to make this team's chances for winning above my own concerns and image" approach.
